I LOVED this book! I could not put it down... although I did want to throw my phone a few different times reading the book. But really it wouldn’t be a Meagan Brandy book if I didn’t want to throw my phone at least once! Captains book does not disappoint. It gives you a new perspective on him and it shows you the real Victoria and let me tell you she is amazing and I love her! I fell even more in love with Royce this go around. Royce and Victoria formed a bond that I did not expect.

Raven shrugs. “Who’s to say she didn’t do the same? Your dad brought her here, put her in the safety of your group home, on your property, in your town. Maybe she felt a sense of loyalty without realizing it. Or maybe she does and admitting is the hard part. All she knew of Brayshaw was the man she was raised with. Can’t be easy to suddenly hurt for one Brayshaw when not long ago you wanted to hurt another.”

This book was amazing and the little spoiler at the end about Royce makes me so excited for his book... is it done yet? 😏 you do not want to miss this book!
